Q5: Can I modify or cancel my order after it's placed? A5: You can cancel your order free of charge before it has been dispatched from our facility. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and falls under our Return & Refund Policy. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Q9: What is your order processing time? A9: All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from our facility in Tamil Nadu.
Q10: What is the delivery time for orders? A10: Due to the imported nature of our products and the necessary international logistics and customs clearance processes, please allow 18-20 business days for delivery from the date of dispatch. Delivery to remote areas might take slightly longer.
Q11: Do you offer free shipping? A11: Yes, we offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders across India.
Q12: How can I track my order? A12: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s). You can use this number on the courier partner's website or through the tracking link provided in the email to monitor your delivery status.
Q13: What if my product is damaged during shipping? A13: If you receive a damaged product, please report it to our customer support within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs/videos of the damaged packaging and product. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for detailed instructions.
Q14: Do you ship internationally? A14: No, currently, UKART.IN only ships to locations within India. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or international addresses.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Q15: What is your return policy? A15: We accept returns only under specific conditions: if the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or has missing parts upon arrival. These issues must be reported within 7 days from the date of delivery. We generally do not accept returns for "change of mind."

You'll need to provide your order number, reason for return, and relevant photos/videos. Please do not send the product back without a Return Authorization.
Q17: How long does it take to get a refund? A17: Once your return is approved and the product is received and inspected, a refund will be initiated within 7-10 business days from the date of approval. The actual reflection in your account may take an additional 3-7 business days, depending on your bank.
