Q1 What is Ukart.in? Ukart.in is an online shopping platform, operated by Uniqbuy (established 2025). We specialize in selling mobile, laptop, and tablet accessories, spare parts, and lifestyle products sourced from various international and domestic suppliers, serving customers across India.
Q2 Do you ship outside India? No. We currently ship only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Q3 How can I cancel my order? Orders can be canceled only before dispatch. Once your order is marked as shipped, we are unable to process a cancellation. To request cancellation, please contact us immediately with your Order ID at: support@ukart.in.

Q4 What is the estimated delivery time for my order? Due to our supply chain model which includes international logistics, our total estimated delivery time is approximately 18–20 business days from the date of order. This time frame includes: • Order processing and handling: 0–2 days • Transit, customs clearance, and final delivery logistics.
Q5 How much is the shipping charge? Our shipping fee structure is simple: • Free shipping for all orders with a total value above ₹200. • A flat ₹50 shipping fee is applied to orders below ₹200.
Q6 How can I track my order? Tracking details are sent to your registered email address within 2 business days once your order is processed and dispatched. You can track your order anytime by visiting our Order Tracking Page at Tracking Page
Q7 What happens if my package is delayed? We work diligently to avoid delays. If your package is delayed past the estimated 20 business days due to unforeseen logistics, customs issues, or external factors, we will update the tracking information and continue to assist until the delivery is complete. Q8 What is your return policy? We maintain a strict return policy: We accept returns only for products that are defective or damaged upon arrival. We do not accept returns for issues like change of mind or wrong size/color selection. Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the item. Q9 Can I exchange a product? Yes, exchanges are accepted only for defective or damaged products within 14 days of delivery, and are subject to current stock availability. If a replacement is unavailable, we will process a full refund.
Q10 What if I receive a damaged or missing item? If your item arrives damaged or incomplete, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide clear unboxing photos or videos to qualify for a replacement or refund. This is mandatory for verification.
Q11 How are refunds processed? Once your return request is approved and the item is inspected, the refund is initiated within 3 business days. • Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used during checkout. • The time for the funds to reflect in your account depends on your bank (typically 5-7 business days).
