3. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept the following payment options for your convenience:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
  • UPI and Digital Wallets (Google Pay, Paytm, etc.)
  • Net Banking
    Note: Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.

4. How long does shipping take?

  • Standard Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays & public holidays).
  • Handling Time: 2-5 business days
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3-7 days (may vary based on your location, courier service, and unforeseen delays such as weather, strikes, etc.).
  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (GMT+5:30) India Standard Time (Kolkata)
  • Once processed, the order is shipped and tracking details are sent via email/SMS.

5. Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes, you can return a product if:

  • It is damaged during delivery.
  • You receive the wrong item.

You must initiate a return request within 14 days of receiving the product. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for detailed instructions.

7. Where do you deliver?

We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

8. Do your products come with a warranty?

No, we do not offer warranties on any products sold on Ukart.in.
