Currently, we only offer shipping within India. We do not provide international shipping at this time.

8. How do I exchange or return an item?

To initiate an exchange or return, please contact our customer support team at support@ukart.in within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for the return/exchange.

Once your order is confirmed, we start processing it immediately. Therefore, cancellations can only be done before the order is shipped. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us at support@ukart.in as soon as possible.
