2. Payment Security

We take the security of your payment information very seriously. Our website uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology to ensure that your personal and payment details are kept safe during transmission.

We partner with Cashfree, a PCI DSS compliant payment gateway, to securely process your payments.

Your card and payment details are not stored on our servers. All transactions are processed via secure, trusted third-party processors.

When you proceed to checkout, your browser communicates with our secure server, and your payment information is encrypted before transmission.


3. Currency

All transactions on this website are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
If your payment method uses a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees. ukart.in is not responsible for these fees.


4. Payment Authorization

By placing an order, you authorize AARUSHI (our registered business name) or our third-party payment processor to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount of your order, including product price, applicable taxes, and shipping fees.


5. Payment Issues

If you encounter any issues during the payment process, please:

  • Double-check your payment details (card number, expiry date, CVV, billing address)

  • Ensure you have sufficient funds or balance in your account or wallet

  • Verify any UPI PIN or OTP entered is correct

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is currently not available on ukart.in.
All orders must be prepaid using one of the accepted online payment methods listed above.


7. Other Payment Information

  • We do not currently offer EMI or instalment payment options.

  • In case of payment disputes or chargebacks, please contact us immediately at support@ukart.in . We will work with you and the payment gateway to resolve the issue fairly and quickly.
