At UKART.IN, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. We aim to make the process as smooth as possible.

🕒 When Can I Cancel My Order?

  • You can cancel your order only before it has been shipped.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may request a return after delivery (if applicable).

🔁 How to Cancel an Order

To cancel your order:

  1. Email us at support@ukart.in with your Order ID and reason for cancellation

  2. You may also contact our customer service at +91 97877 23306 during business hours

  3. Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours

💳 Refunds on Cancelled Orders

  • If you cancel a prepaid order before it ships, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days from the cancellation confirmation

🚫 When Cancellation Is Not Allowed

  • Once the order has been shipped

  • If the product is customized or made-to-order

  • If cancellation is requested outside the allowed window
