At ukart.in, operated by Uniqbuy, we specialize in sourcing unique electronic accessories directly from international suppliers via an "Import Against Order" model. We are committed to delivering your orders efficiently and transparently.
Our delivery process is longer than standard local e-commerce as it includes international logistics and customs clearance.
Handling Time (Processing): Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Transit Time (Shipping): Standard delivery takes an additional 17-18 business days after processing.
The total time to receive your order is typically 18-20 business days for your order to be delivered from the date of your order confirmation.
This timeline accounts for:
Our handling and preparation time.
International transit from our suppliers.
Customs clearance procedures in India.
Final delivery by our domestic courier partners to your specified address.
Please note: Delivery to remote areas or during unforeseen international shipping delays, customs backlogs, or major public holidays may occasionally take longer.
Handling Time: This is the time it takes for us to procure, prepare, and initiate the shipment of your order after it has been placed. Our handling time is typically up to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
Order Cut-Off Time: Our daily order cut-off time is 2:00 PM (IST). Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.
Free Shipping: Orders with a total value above ₹200 qualify for FREE Standard Shipping.
Flat Rate: A flat rate shipping fee of ₹50 applies to all orders with a total value below ₹200.
As all our products are imported, Uniqbuy is responsible for handling all import duties, customs clearance, and associated taxes.
The price you see on our website is the final price you pay. You will NOT be charged any additional customs duties or import taxes upon delivery.
Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India only. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
Order Tracking: Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email. This email will include your tracking number(s) and a link to track your package in real-time.
Our courier partners typically make multiple attempts to deliver your order.
If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, or if the package is refused, it may be returned to our facility. In such cases, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping charges, or a refund (minus any applicable costs) may be processed as per our Return & Refund Policy.
