At ukart.in, operated by Uniqbuy, we are committed to resolving issues and ensuring you receive the correct and functional product you ordered. Due to the nature of our business model (importing electronic parts and accessories) and the high costs associated with international returns, our return policy is highly restrictive and focuses primarily on protecting against receiving a faulty or incorrect item.

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Return Eligibility & Window

We accept returns only under specific conditions:

Incorrect Product Received Customer received an item different from the one ordered (wrong model, wrong color/size). 14 calendar days from the date the delivery courier confirms the package was received by the customer.
Non-Defective Product Item works correctly but the customer changed their mind (e.g., ordered wrong part, doesn't like color). NOT ACCEPTED.

Product Condition Requirements: To be eligible for a refund or exchange under the Defective/Incorrect category, items must be:

  • Returned with original packaging, manuals, and accessories in the condition they were received.

  • The item's serial number or unique identifier must match the one recorded by Uniqbuy.

  • Must not show signs of physical damage or improper installation by the customer.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return for a Defective/Damaged or Incorrect item, you must follow these steps within the 14-day window:

  • Provide Information: Include your Order Number, the reason for the return, and clear photographic or video evidence of the defect or damage.

  • Await Approval: We will review your request within 2 business days and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions if approved.

  • Ship the Item: Package the item securely (ideally in the original shipping box) and clearly mark the RMA number on the exterior of the package.

3. Return Shipping Costs

4. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected by our Quality Control team (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Refund Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days of the approval date.

  • Credit Time: The refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please allow an additional 3-7 bank business days for the credit to appear in your account.

  • No Refund of Original Shipping: Since we offer free shipping above ₹200, no original shipping fee is charged. If a ₹50 fee was paid, this amount is generally non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for the same item if it is found to be Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect.

  • If an item is approved for exchange, we will dispatch the replacement product to you within 2 business days after the original item is received and inspected.

  • If the exact item is no longer available, a full refund will be processed.

6. No Product Warranty

Please note that Uniqbuy (ukart.in) does NOT offer any additional product warranty on the electronic parts and accessories sold. Any warranty for the product, if available, is provided solely by the original manufacturer. Our liability is limited to accepting returns for items that are defective upon arrival within the 14-day window.
