Shipping Policy - UKART.IN (AARUSHI)

At UKART.IN, operated by AARUSHI, we are committed to delivering your products efficiently and securely across India. Please note that all products offered on UKART.IN are imported, which influences our shipping and delivery timelines. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, delivery estimates, and associated details.
1. Nature of Our Products & Sourcing
All products available on UKART.IN are directly imported from international manufacturers or suppliers. This allows us to offer you a unique and diverse range of products.
Due to the international sourcing and necessary customs clearance processes involved, our delivery timelines are different from those for domestically sourced products.
2. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from our facility in Tamil Nadu, upon successful customs clearance and receipt of products from our import channels.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has been dispatched from our Indian facility. The tracking number will typically be active within 24-48 hours.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
UKART.IN is pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders across India.
Free Standard Shipping (Across India):
Delivery Time: Due to the imported nature of our products and the time required for international logistics and customs clearance, please allow 18-20 business days for delivery from the date of dispatch. Delivery to remote or difficult-to-reach locations may take slightly longer.
Please Note:
Delivery estimates account for typical international shipping and customs processing. While we strive to meet these timelines, actual delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, international courier delays, customs inspections, force majeure events (e.g., natural calamities, strikes, political unrest), or high volume periods.
UKART.IN is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures, international shipping partners, domestic courier service, or events beyond our reasonable control.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
All prices displayed on UKART.IN are inclusive of any applicable import duties, customs charges, and taxes (e.g., GST) that are levied at the time of import into India.
You will NOT be charged any additional customs duties or taxes upon delivery. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. UKART.IN handles all import formalities and costs.
5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped from our Indian facility, you will receive an email notification from us with your tracking number(s).
You can track the status of your order by visiting the courier partner's website and entering your tracking number, or through the tracking link provided in your shipment confirmation email.
6. Shipping Destinations & Restrictions
UKART.IN ships to most locations within India that are serviceable by our courier partners.
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or international addresses.
In rare cases, if your location is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will notify you and process a full refund for your order.
7. Delivery Attempts & Unsuccessful Delivery
Our courier partners will typically attempt delivery 2-3 times.
If delivery is unsuccessful due to reasons such as:
Recipient not available.
Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Premises locked.
Refusal to accept the package.
The package will be returned to our facility. In such cases, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping charges for a second attempt. If the customer does not wish to proceed with re-delivery, a refund (minus any return-to-origin charges incurred by AARUSHI) may be processed.
8. Damages & Lost Shipments
Damages:
If you receive a damaged product, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy immediately. It is crucial to report transit damage within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs/videos of the damaged packaging and product.
Please do not accept packages that appear tampered with or significantly damaged upon delivery.
Lost Shipments:
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the courier company first with your tracking number.
Then, notify UKART.IN Customer Support at support@ukart.in or call +91 97877 23306 within 3 days of the stated delivery date. We will assist you in investigating the issue with the courier. Please note that UKART.IN is not responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the courier.
9. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched from our Indian facility, it cannot be cancelled and falls under our Return & Refund Policy.
